Maliny (świeże lub mrożone)
Description
Raspberries (fresh or frozen) have an intense red or dark brownish-red color, a delicate, fleshy texture, and a sweet-tart aroma with floral notes. They are low in calories, rich in fiber, vitamin C, manganese, and antioxidants such as anthocyanins and ellagic acid, which support the immune system, have anti-inflammatory properties, and positively affect digestion and heart health. In the kitchen, raspberries work well in desserts, jams, smoothies, sauces for meats, or salad dressings, pairing wonderfully with yogurt, oatmeal, citrus fruits, chocolate, and cheeses. Store fresh raspberries in the refrigerator in a breathable container, without washing them before storage, and consume within 2–3 days. For frozen raspberries, it's best to spread them out on a baking sheet for pre-freezing, then store in an airtight container for up to 6–12 months; thaw gently or use directly in smoothies and sauces.
