Description
Berry mix (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, wild berries, etc.), fresh or frozen, has an intense, sweet-tart flavor with forest notes, a juicy texture, and vibrant colors ranging from red to deep purple. Berries are low in calories, rich in fiber, vitamin C, B vitamins, and valuable polyphenols and anthocyanins with strong antioxidant properties that support the circulatory system, immunity, and brain health.
