Description
Smooth raspberry jam is a velvety mass with an intense raspberry aroma, a pleasantly sweet and sour taste, and a uniform, glossy consistency without fruit pieces, with a vibrant red to dark pink hue. It works well as an addition to bread, pancakes, yogurts, and cheesecakes, as well as in baked goods, meat sauces, or as a filling for pastries, introducing a fresh, fruity note and flavor contrast.
