Chicken thigh fillet
Description
Chicken thigh fillet is dark, juicy meat with a delicate flavor that is slightly more intense than breast meat and a more pronounced fiber structure. It has a naturally creamy color with a pinkish hue before cooking, and after grilling or roasting, it develops an appetizing golden crust and tenderness. Nutritionally, it is a good source of high-quality protein, iron, zinc, and B vitamins (especially B3 and B6), as well as a slightly higher fat content than breast fillet, which increases the heartiness and flavor of dishes. It works well in grilled, braised, fried dishes, curries, stews, and marinades, pairing excellently with spicy and sweet-sour seasonings. Store in the refrigerator at a temperature of up to 4°C for 1–2 days or freeze in an airtight container for about 3 months. Thaw in the refrigerator, do not refreeze after thawing, and prepare according to hygiene standards and ensure thorough cooking.
