Description
Orange slices have a vibrant orange color with translucent segments and a thin skin; their flavor is fresh, sweet-tart with a distinct citrus aroma and a juicy, slightly fibrous texture that adds both visual and taste contrast to dishes. They can be sliced thin or thick, with the membrane between segments intact, which affects the intensity of the aroma.
