Truskawki (świeże lub mrożone)
Description
Strawberries are juicy, sweet-tart with a distinct aroma of forest fruits; fresh ones have a deep red color and a shiny skin with delicate seeds, while frozen ones retain their flavor and texture after thawing or in smoothies. They are low in calories, rich in vitamin C, fiber, folate, manganese, and polyphenols and anthocyanins with strong antioxidant properties, which support immunity, heart health, blood sugar regulation, and have anti-inflammatory effects. Culinarily, they work well in desserts, smoothies, salads, jams, sauces for meats and pancakes, and as an addition to yogurt and cereals; frozen ones are perfect for baking and beverages. Store fresh ones in the refrigerator in a breathable container, do not wash before storing, and consume within 2–4 days; frozen ones are best kept in an airtight package for 8–12 months, use without thawing or thaw in the refrigerator.
