Description

Smoked salmon has a delicate, slightly salty, and distinctly smoky flavor, along with a silky, translucent texture in an intense orange-pink color. Thinly sliced pieces are juicy and soft, and the aroma of smoke provides an elegant contrast to the natural fattiness of the fish.
