Seedless green grapes

🌱 Vegetarian 🌿 Vegan

Description

Seedless green grapes are characterized by their fresh, sweet-tart flavor and crisp, juicy texture; the fruits have a translucent, light green skin with a smooth surface and a round or slightly oval shape. They are a low-calorie snack providing natural sugars, vitamins C and K, potassium, as well as polyphenols and antioxidants that support the cardiovascular system, immunity, and overall cell protection, while also providing a moderate amount of fiber that aids digestion. In the kitchen, they work well on their own as a snack, as an addition to fruit and green salads, pairings with cheeses or meats, in desserts, baking, juices, and smoothies. They should be stored in the refrigerator in a dry, ventilated container, not washed before storing, separating out any spoiled pieces, and used within 7–14 days; they can also be frozen for smoothies.
