Filet z białej ryby (np. dorsz, dorada)
Description
White fish fillet, such as cod or sea bream, has a delicate, mild flavor and white, flaky flesh that is slightly translucent when raw, and becomes tender and somewhat flaky when cooked. As a source of lean protein, it contains little fat while providing B vitamins, D, selenium, and iodine, as well as some omega-3 fatty acids, which promote heart health, muscle recovery, and weight management. The fillet is perfect for baking, grilling, stewing, frying in batter, or gentle steaming; it pairs wonderfully with citrus, herbs, butter or oil, as well as vegetable sides and light sauces. It should be stored in the refrigerator at a temperature of 0–2°C for a maximum of 1–2 days, preferably wrapped or in an airtight container; for longer storage, freeze quickly (-18°C), thaw in the refrigerator, and avoid refreezing.
