Description
Turkey fillet is a lean, tender meat with a delicate, slightly sweet flavor and a uniform, pale pink color when raw, which becomes juicy white and firm after cooking. Its neutral aroma makes it a great match for a wide range of spices and additions, suitable for quick frying, baking, or stewing. Nutritionally, turkey fillet is rich in high biological value protein, while being low in calories and fat, providing B vitamins (especially niacin and B6), selenium, and phosphorus, which support muscle recovery, metabolism, and cardiovascular health. In the kitchen, it is used for grilling, cutlets, salads, sandwiches, stews, and roulades.
