Natural 2% kefir
Description
Natural kefir 2% is a creamy-white, slightly sparkling drink with a smooth, liquid consistency and a pleasantly sour, refreshing taste with a delicate hint of creaminess. The 2% fat content gives it a moderate fullness of flavor while maintaining lightness, and the fine sediment of cultures is natural and safe to consume. It is low in calories (about 40–50 kcal/100 g), provides protein, calcium, B vitamins, and minerals, and most importantly, probiotic cultures of bacteria and yeast that support gut flora and digestion. In the kitchen, it is suitable for smoothies, cold soups, sauces and dressings, marinades for meats, cakes and pancakes, as well as a base for desserts or an addition to fruits and cereals. Store in the refrigerator at a temperature of 2–6°C, in its original, sealed packaging, preferably consume within a few days after opening and do not freeze; shake gently before use.
