Fine egg noodles
Description
Fine egg pasta has a delicate, slightly buttery, egg flavor and a characteristic golden color; it comes in the form of thin, short strands or small shapes that quickly absorb the aromas of the dish while maintaining a firm texture after cooking. It is a good source of carbohydrates that provide energy, and the addition of eggs increases the protein content, B vitamins, and minerals such as iron; in moderate amounts, it promotes satiety and muscle recovery, although those with gluten or egg intolerance should avoid it. In the kitchen, fine egg pasta works excellently in classic soups (e.g., broth), light salads, casseroles, as an addition to creamy sauces, and dishes for children. For dried products, the best storage is in a dry, cool place in an airtight container; keep fresh pasta in the refrigerator and use it within a few days or freeze it to extend its shelf life.
