Description

Udon noodles are thick, elastic strands with a light cream color and a smooth surface, featuring a delicate, slightly wheaty flavor; when cooked, they maintain a pleasant chewiness and subtly absorb the aromas of broths and sauces. This product, based on wheat flour, primarily provides carbohydrates as a quick source of energy, a moderate amount of protein, and a small amount of fat; whole grain versions contain more fiber and micronutrients.
