Description

Peeled mandarin segments have a vibrant orange color, a delicate, shiny membrane, and a juicy texture; the taste is sweet and sour, aromatic, and easily combines with other ingredients. The segments are convenient to use raw, perfect for fruit and green salads, desserts, yogurts, muesli, in sauces for fish and poultry dishes, as well as in cakes and drinks, and also serve as decoration and an addition to marinades or jams.
