Neutral vegetable oil
Description
Neutral vegetable oil is a clear to light yellow liquid with an almost imperceptible taste and a slightly oily texture that does not impose flavor on dishes. It primarily consists of a mixture of monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids and vitamin E, making it a source of energy and support for cardiovascular health when consumed in moderation. Neutral oils reduce the saturated fat content in the diet and are the basis for light, plant-based fats. It works universally for frying, baking, preparing sauces, mayonnaise, marinades, and salads when we want to highlight other flavors. Store it in a cool, dark place in a tightly sealed bottle, away from heat sources and direct light; once opened, it is best used within a few months, and if necessary, refrigeration will extend its shelf life, although it may cause cloudiness.
