Acai powder

🌱 Vegetarian 🌿 Vegan

Description

Acai powder is a finely ground, intensely purple powder with a distinct berry-forest aroma, earthy notes, and a subtle, slightly tart sweetness. It is rich in antioxidants (anthocyanins), contains fiber, a small amount of protein, and healthy monounsaturated fats, as well as minerals such as iron, potassium, and calcium, and vitamins A and C, which support cell protection against oxidative stress and enhance the overall nutritional value of the diet. In the kitchen, acai powder is perfect for smoothies, bowls, yogurts, muesli, desserts, and baked goods, adding deep color and fruity flavor. It should be stored in an airtight, dry container, away from light and moisture, in a cool place or refrigerator to extend its shelf life, usually up to about 12 months; use a dry spoon to prevent moisture.
