30% lactose-free cream

🌱 Vegetarian

Description

Lactose-free 30% cream is a thick, creamy liquid with a rich, slightly sweet taste and a silky texture, naturally white to slightly creamy in color. It contains about 300–330 kcal per 100 g, around 30 g of fat (including a significant portion of saturated fat), 2–3 g of protein, and small amounts of carbohydrates; due to the elimination of lactose, it is suitable for people with lactose intolerance, while also providing energy and fat-soluble vitamins (A, D) that support nutrient absorption, although it should be consumed in moderation due to its fat content. In the kitchen, it is versatile: for whipping into desserts, enriching sauces, creamy soups, coffee, or sweet creams and ganache; it often replaces traditional cream in a lactose-free diet without losing consistency. Store in the refrigerator at a temperature of 0–4°C, and after opening, use tightly sealed within 3–5 days, shake before use, and do not refreeze.
