Description
30% fat cream has a full, buttery flavor and a slightly sweet aroma, with a creamy, slightly pourable consistency and a light cream color; when whipped, it creates smooth, stable peaks. From a nutritional standpoint, it is a high-calorie and fatty product, providing energy and fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E), a bit of protein, and calcium, which in moderate amounts supports the absorption of nutrients, but care should be taken with its saturated fat content.
