Description
Heavy cream with 30% fat content is a thick, velvety liquid with a creamy-white color and a slightly sweet, milky taste that creates stable, fluffy creams when whipped. Due to its high fat content, it has a full, satisfying aroma and a silky texture that enhances dishes without overpowering the flavor. Nutritionally, it provides concentrated calories and fat, including saturated fats, a small amount of protein, and fat-soluble vitamins (A, D).
