Seedless grapes
Description
Seedless grapes are small, juicy fruits with smooth skin and a sweet-tart flavor; they come in green, red, and dark purple colors, with a shiny surface and firm flesh that easily detaches from the stem. Their delicate structure and lack of seeds make them a convenient, elegant ingredient for salads, desserts, cheeses, baked dishes, as well as a standalone snack or addition to cocktails and homemade wine. Nutritionally, grapes are a source of simple carbohydrates, fiber, vitamin C, potassium, and antioxidants (flavonoids, resveratrol in dark varieties), which support the circulatory system, immunity, and have anti-inflammatory effects. Store them in the refrigerator in a perforated container or original packaging, without washing before storing, to reduce the risk of mold; best consumed within 5–10 days, and wash just before eating.
