Wytrawne białe wino
Description
Dry white wine is a clear beverage with a color ranging from pale straw to golden, featuring distinct acidity and a clean, fresh aroma reminiscent of citrus, green apple, pear, and delicate floral and mineral notes. Its taste is dry, crisp, and refreshing, often with a pronounced acidity structure and subtle bitterness on the finish, with an alcohol content typically between 10–13.5%. Nutritionally, wine consists mainly of water and alcohol, providing about 70–85 kcal per 100 ml, along with small amounts of sugars, organic acids, and trace minerals and polyphenols. When consumed in moderation, it can provide antioxidants and is associated with beneficial effects for the cardiovascular system, although it does not replace a healthy lifestyle. In the kitchen, dry white wine pairs well with seafood, fish, poultry, risotto, sauces, and deglazing pans, as well as being an ingredient in marinades and vinaigrettes. It should be stored in a cool, dark place at a temperature of about 10–15°C; bottles with corks are best kept horizontally, and once opened, it should be chilled in the refrigerator and consumed within 3–5 days, possibly using a vacuum stopper to extend freshness.
