Lemon (for drizzling over fruit)
Description
Lemon for drizzling on fruits is a small, bright yellow fruit with an intensely sour, fresh aroma and clear juice that enhances the sweetness and colors of fruits. A few drops prevent the browning of apple or avocado slices, add lightness to desserts and fruit salads, and balance rich or sweet compositions without overpowering the flavor. Nutritionally, lemon is low in calories, rich in vitamin C, antioxidants, and flavonoids, which support immunity, iron absorption, and detoxification processes. To maintain freshness, store whole fruits at room temperature for a few days or in the refrigerator in a bag/container for up to 3–4 weeks; wrap cut lemons tightly or store them in a container, and you can freeze the juice in portions.
