Czosnek granulowany
Description
Granulated garlic is dried, crushed garlic in the form of small, beige granules or flakes with a concentrated, pleasantly spicy aroma and a flavor that is somewhat milder than fresh cloves; the aroma is released especially during heating or moistening, giving dishes a deep, slightly sweet note. Nutritionally, granulated garlic contains sulfur compounds, precursors to allicin, and antioxidants, providing trace amounts of vitamins and minerals with low calorie content. Regular, moderate consumption may support immunity and cardiovascular health due to its antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, although it is best considered as part of a balanced diet. In the kitchen, it works well in marinades, sauces, soups, cooked one-pot dishes, spice blends, and coatings, where the intensity of flavor can be easily dosed. Store in a sealed, dark, and dry container away from moisture and heat sources; the optimal shelf life of the aroma is several months to a year.
