Krewetki tygrysie surowe

Description

Raw tiger prawns are large specimens with characteristic dark stripes on a gray-silver shell, meaty and firm to the touch. The flesh turns pink-cream after cooking, and the flavor is delicately sweet with a marine note and a dense texture that holds sauces and spices well. They are an excellent source of lean protein, low in calories, rich in B vitamins and minerals such as selenium, iodine, and zinc, and also contain omega-3 fatty acids that support heart health. They are great for grilling, quick stir-fries, curries, pasta, salads, or as an ingredient in tempura; they can also be served on skewers. Store in a cool place (0–2°C) and consume within 1–2 days or freeze quickly at −18°C; thaw in the refrigerator, avoid refreezing, and consume well-cooked unless labeled as sushi-grade.
