Description
Cold-smoked salmon has a delicate, buttery flavor with a subtle hint of smoke and a distinct yet not overpowering saltiness. Its flesh is silky, with an intense pink-orange hue and thinly sliced pieces that retain the fish's natural structure. It is a source of high-quality protein, rich in omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin D, B12, and selenium, which supports the cardiovascular system, cognitive functions, and anti-inflammatory processes.
