Description

Semolina flour for dusting is coarsely ground flour made from durum wheat, with a light yellow color and a slightly nutty, sweet flavor. It has a grainy, sandy texture, making it ideal as a layer to prevent dough from sticking without absorbing moisture as intensely as all-purpose flour, resulting in a crispy pizza base and a dry surface for pasta when rolling out.
