Coconut milk (min. 80% extract) is a thick, creamy liquid with a milky white color and a slightly glossy consistency, featuring a distinct sweet-nutty aroma of coconut and a rich, full flavor. Due to its high extract content, it is substantial and has an intense, velvety texture, ideal where full flavor is needed. It is a source of energy primarily from saturated fats, including lauric acid and MCT, which can support feelings of fullness and quick energy delivery; at the same time, it should be used in moderation due to its calorie content. Coconut milk works perfectly in curries, soups, sauces, desserts, smoothies, and baking, enriching dishes with creaminess and an exotic aroma. Store in a dry, cool place; once opened, keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator and use within 3–5 days. It can also be portioned and frozen for about 2 months.
