Cow's milk 3.2% has a light white, slightly creamy color and a mild, naturally sweet taste with a noticeable, slight creaminess that gives it a pleasant texture in the mouth. With a fat content of about 3.2%, it combines the lightness of skim milk with the fuller aroma of whole milk. It is a good source of high-quality protein, calcium, B vitamins (especially B12 and riboflavin), phosphorus, and iodine; it is often fortified with vitamin D as well. In moderation, it supports bone health and metabolic functions, although individuals who are lactose intolerant or have elevated cholesterol levels should consume it cautiously. In the kitchen, it is suitable for drinking, coffee, cereals, cream soups, sauces, baking, and desserts, giving dishes a velvety texture. Store in the original packaging in the refrigerator at a temperature of up to 4°C, tightly closed; after opening, it is best to use within 3–5 days.
