Description
Whole milk 3.2% has a creamy consistency, a slightly sweet, "milky" taste, and a uniform, snow-white color with a subtle layer of fat. It contains high-quality protein, calcium, phosphorus, and vitamins A, D, and B12; with about 3.2% fat, it provides energy, aids in the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins, and contributes to bone health and tissue regeneration. In the kitchen, it adds creaminess to drinks, coffee, and cereals, is excellent for sauces, cream soups, puddings, creams, and baked goods, and serves as a base for yogurts and cheeses.
