Description
Neutral vegetable oil has a light, clear to golden color and a mild, almost flavorless aroma that does not overpower dishes, allowing their natural notes to shine through. Its consistency is light and smooth, blending well with sauces and batters. It is a source of calories mainly from polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fatty acids and vitamin E, which support heart health and have antioxidant properties when consumed in moderation. Neutral oil is versatile: for frying, baking, preparing dressings, marinades, mayonnaise, and drizzling over finished dishes, especially when we do not want to alter the flavor. It should be stored in a tightly closed bottle, in a cool, dark place, away from heat sources; once opened, it is best to use it within a few months.
