Description
Rapeseed oil (neutral) is a light golden, transparent oil with a very mild, almost neutral taste and delicate aroma that does not overpower dishes. Thanks to its neutrality, it perfectly enhances the flavors of other ingredients without altering their aromatic profile. It is rich in monounsaturated fatty acids and has a favorable omega-3 to omega-6 ratio, also containing vitamin E and low saturated fat content, which contributes to supporting heart health and lipid profile with moderate consumption. In the kitchen, it is versatile: for frying, baking, stewing, preparing sauces, mayonnaise, and marinades, as well as a base for dressings when we do not want to change the flavor of the dish. Store in a tightly closed bottle, in a cool, dark place away from heat sources; after opening, it is best to use within a few months, and it may become cloudy in the refrigerator, which does not affect its quality after thawing.
