Description

Hazelnut oil has a delicate, slightly sweet and nutty aroma, as well as a golden-amber color with a clear consistency, which enriches dishes with a subtle hint of hazelnuts. It is rich in monounsaturated fatty acids (mainly oleic acid), vitamin E, and antioxidants, which help protect cells and may support heart health; it is worth remembering that like all oils, it is caloric (about 120 kcal per tablespoon).
