Description

Oscypek is a traditional smoked sheep cheese from Podhale, characterized by its spindle shape and pattern from the mold, light yellow color, and firm, elastic consistency. The flavor is distinctly smoky, slightly salty with nutty notes and a milky sweetness, while the aroma is intense and pleasant. Nutritionally, oscypek is rich in protein and calcium, providing dairy fats, vitamin A, and B vitamins, which support the building and maintenance of muscle mass and bone health.
