Description
18% cream is a smooth, creamy product with a slightly sweet, milky taste and a light cream color, which easily blends with dishes without overpowering the flavor. It has a pleasant, semi-liquid consistency, ideal for drizzling or adding to sauces just before serving. Nutritional values are about 180–200 kcal per 100 g, including around 18 g of fat, a few grams of protein and carbohydrates, and trace amounts of calcium and fat-soluble vitamins (A, D). It provides energy and supports the absorption of vitamins, but it should be used in moderation due to its saturated fat content. 18% cream pairs well with soups, sauces, pasta, casseroles, desserts, and coffee. Store in the refrigerator (0–6°C) in a closed container and consume within a few days after opening; freezing may worsen the texture.
