Description

18% cream is a smooth, creamy product with a slightly sweet, milky taste and a light cream color, which easily blends with dishes without overpowering the flavor. It has a pleasant, semi-liquid consistency, ideal for drizzling or adding to sauces just before serving. Nutritional values are about 180–200 kcal per 100 g, including around 18 g of fat, a few grams of protein and carbohydrates, and trace amounts of calcium and fat-soluble vitamins (A, D).
