Description

Creamy 30% crème fraîche is a thick, velvety cream with a light cream color and a slightly sour, buttery taste. With a fat content of 30%, it has a full, silky texture that enhances the flavors of dishes and harmonizes well with both sweet and savory ingredients. It is a fermented product that provides energy and fats, as well as fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, K) and calcium; it also contains protein and promotes a longer feeling of fullness, so it should be used in moderation.
