Description
Natural cloudy apple juice has a full, fresh aroma of apples, a balance of sweetness and slight acidity, and a characteristic golden-cloudy appearance with sediment that indicates the presence of pectin and natural fruit ingredients. The taste is more "apple-like" than in clear juices, often with notes of seasonal varieties. Nutritionally, it provides natural sugars (fructose and glucose), small amounts of vitamin C, potassium, and soluble fibers (pectins) that support digestion and cholesterol management; it also contains antioxidants. In the kitchen, it is suitable for drinking as a beverage, as a base for cocktails and smoothies, as an ingredient in marinades, sauces, desserts, and baking, and for reduction as a glaze. Once opened, it should be stored in the refrigerator, well mixed before use, and consumed within 3–5 days; unopened bottles should be kept in a cool, dark place, and for longer storage, it can be frozen.
