Bison grass aroma
Description
Bison grass aroma is an intense, sweet-herb scent with notes of vanilla, hay, and a slightly almond accent, usually found in the form of a liquid extract or essence with an amber hue. As an aroma, it does not contribute significant nutritional value; natural extracts may contain aromatic compounds, primarily coumarin, which in small amounts adds pleasant depth and exhibits antioxidant properties, but in excess can be harmful to the liver, so it is used sparingly. In the kitchen, bison grass aroma pairs wonderfully with desserts based on vanilla, apples, creams, and ice creams, as well as being a fancy addition to cocktails, liqueurs, marinades for game, or dishes with pork and roasted vegetables. It should be stored in a tightly sealed bottle, in a cool, dark place away from heat sources; once opened, it is best used within a moderate time frame according to the manufacturer's recommendations.
