Whipped cream 30% (optional)
Description
Whipped cream 30% is a light, creamy foam with a delicate, slightly sweet taste and a creamy-white color, which forms soft peaks and gives dishes a velvety texture. Due to its content of about 30% fat, it is noticeably less stable than creams with higher fat content, but it retains a pleasant, buttery aroma. Nutritionally, it provides concentrated energy and fats, is a source of vitamin A and calcium, and contains a small amount of protein; it should be consumed in moderation due to its calorie content and saturated fat levels. In the kitchen, it works well as an addition to desserts, cakes, coffee, fruits, and creams, as well as for mellowing sauces and cream soups; as an optional ingredient, it improves the texture and appearance of the dish. Store in the refrigerator at a temperature of 2–6°C, preferably in a closed container, and use within a few days of opening; before whipping and during whipping, the bowl and beaters should be chilled, and the finished whipped cream is best consumed the same day.
