Description

White couverture chocolate is a creamy, pearl-white product with an intense, buttery flavor and noticeable notes of milk and vanilla; unlike regular white chocolate, it has a higher cocoa butter content, which gives it better fluidity and shine after tempering. White couverture is suitable for coatings, ganache, decorations, and baking, ideal for tempering, molds, and fillings in confectionery.
