Description
Dark chocolate (min. 70%) has an intense, dry flavor with a distinct bitterness and deep cocoa notes, often with subtle fruity or nutty tones; it appears as a hard, shiny bar in a very dark brown to almost black color. It is rich in cocoa solids with low sugar content, providing antioxidants (flavonoids), magnesium, iron, and fiber, as well as healthy fats from cocoa butter; it has a high energy density, so it is advisable to consume it in moderation.
