Description
Thick Greek yogurt (10% fat) is a creamy, rich-textured product with a velvety consistency and a slightly tangy, full flavor with a noticeable fattiness that gives it depth and a buttery aftertaste. It resembles thick cream with a uniform white color. It is a good source of protein, calcium, and B vitamins, and the probiotic cultures it contains support gut health. The fat (10%) increases the feeling of fullness and helps absorb fat-soluble vitamins, although it also raises the energy value of the portion.
