Probiotic natural yogurt
Description
Probiotic natural yogurt has a smooth, creamy texture and pure white color, with a fresh, slightly tangy taste and a subtly buttery finish. It is a source of high-quality protein, calcium, and B vitamins, and the contained strains of probiotic bacteria (e.g., Lactobacillus, Bifidobacterium) support the balance of gut microflora, digestion, mineral absorption, and immunity, also contributing to alleviating discomfort after antibiotic therapy and improving lactose tolerance in some individuals. In the kitchen, it is versatile: as a base for smoothies, dressings, dips, and sauces, an addition to muesli, meat marinades, light desserts, and a substitute for cream or mayonnaise. Store in the refrigerator in a sealed container at a temperature of 2–7°C, use within a few days after opening, and avoid cross-contamination; do not freeze to preserve live cultures.
