Description
The salad mix (arugula and radicchio) combines the light green, peppery leaves of arugula with the crunchy, burgundy leaves of radicchio that have a delicate, slightly bitter note. The striking contrast of colors and flavors creates a bold effect both visually and in taste, perfectly balancing sharpness and bitterness in simple dishes.
