Description
Rapeseed oil (for greasing) has a clear, light golden color and a neutral, mildly nutty flavor, which does not interfere with the aroma of dishes. It features a smooth consistency and good spreading ability on surfaces, making it easier to prevent sticking. Nutritionally, it is rich in monounsaturated fatty acids (oleic acid), also contains health-beneficial omega-3 (ALA) and omega-6 fatty acids, has a low saturated fat content, and provides vitamin E and phytosterols that support lipid profile and heart health.
