Boneless pork loin
Description
Pork loin without bone is lean, tender meat with a light pink color and a firm, finely-grained texture. The flavor is mild and unobtrusive, making it perfect for absorbing spices and marinades; it is traditionally used for pork chops, roasts, roulades, and is also great for grilling and quick frying in a pan. It is a good source of high-quality protein and B vitamins (especially B1, B3, B6), iron, and zinc, which support muscle recovery and energy metabolism with a moderate fat content. To maintain quality, store raw pork loin in the refrigerator at a temperature of up to 4°C for a maximum of 1–2 days, and cooked dishes for 3–4 days; for longer storage, freeze in an airtight container at −18°C for 3–4 months and thaw slowly in the refrigerator.
