Description

Gruyère is a classic Swiss aged cheese made from cow's milk, featuring a hard, slightly crumbly texture, a golden rind, and a creamy-yellow interior with small holes. The flavor is full, nutty, and slightly salty, with notes of caramel and umami that deepen with aging.
