Description

18% sour cream is a creamy, smooth product with a mild, slightly tangy taste and a light cream color, which adds a velvety consistency to dishes without excessive greasiness. Due to its moderate fat content, it maintains good stability when gently heated and easily combines with other ingredients, which is why it is often used as an optional ingredient to achieve creaminess.
