Fruit juice (raspberry or mixed)
Description
Raspberry or mixed fruit juice is characterized by an intense, bright red or ruby color, an aromatic, sweet-tart flavor with a distinct raspberry note, often slightly pulpy, pleasantly refreshing, and juicy. Depending on the composition, it can be sweeter or more tart, attracting with the scent of fresh fruits. Nutritionally, the juice mainly provides carbohydrates and vitamin C, as well as anthocyanins and other antioxidants, and in versions with pulp, also certain amounts of fiber, B vitamins, and potassium. Regular, moderate consumption may support immunity, have anti-inflammatory effects, and aid hydration, though it is important to keep in mind its calorie content and sugar levels. In the kitchen, it works well in drinks, cocktails, smoothies, dressings, sauces for meats, and desserts, as a topping for ice cream, or as a base for marinades and jellies. It is best stored tightly closed in the refrigerator after opening (usually for 3–7 days), and it can also be portioned and frozen, while pasteurized products should be kept away from light and high temperatures.
