Description

Sea salt for rims is a coarse, crunchy crystal with a bright white or slightly pearlescent color, intended for decorative and flavorful edging of glasses. Its taste is purely salty with a delicate marine note and subtle minerality that adds contrast to drinks and dishes without overwhelming the aromas. This ingredient is mainly sodium chloride with a small amount of trace minerals, virtually calorie-free; used in moderation, it supports electrolyte balance, but excess sodium can be harmful in cases of hypertension.
