Hard-boiled eggs
Description
Hard-boiled chicken eggs have a delicate, slightly creamy flavor; the white is firm and almost odorless, while the yolk has a more intense, buttery taste and a color ranging from light yellow to orange, depending on the hen's diet. Their aesthetic cross-section makes them a great addition as a snack, in salads, sandwiches, egg spreads, or traditional breakfast and party dishes. Nutritionally, they are an excellent source of high-quality protein, vitamins (especially B12, D, and A), choline important for brain function, and minerals such as selenium and phosphorus. They support muscle building, cognitive functions, and eye health. They should be stored in a cool place; in the refrigerator, it's best to keep them in their shells for about a week, while peeled eggs should be placed in an airtight container or water and consumed within 2–3 days.
